Evolution Systems provides the training and support necessary to achieve the maximum benefits from Evolution crm and Commence. Why Train?
Training ScheduleWe can provide training aimed at the User, the Developer, and the Workgroup Administrator. Our training packages are modular, and can be delivered in standard form or tailored to a customer's requirements. Training delivery is generally on-site, and to ensure maximum benefit for students, numbers are restricted to six people for user training and four people for developer/administrator training. Evolution crm user trainingAimed at users of the Evolution crm packages who wish to optimise their use of the system. The course will enable users to use the software in the most effective way to gain maximum business benefits. Commence User TrainingAimed at customers who wish to gain a full understanding of using Commence. User Training consists of a one-day course. The course addresses Commence concepts, database structure, and working with categories and views. The course is structured to compliment, but can be purchased separately to, Developer Training. Commence System Development/Administrator TrainingAimed at workgroup administrators and customers, who wish to develop new, or modify existing systems in Commence, Developer/Administrator Training consists of a three day course. An introductory two-day session addresses user training as detailed above and fundamental database design, to include creating categories, detail forms, VB scripting, and agents. The third day is ordinarily scheduled 4 to 8 weeks after the first to teach more advanced techniques. Technical SupportTechnical support is available through our telephone helpdesk, via voice or modem, Monday through Friday, between 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm GMT/BST, for all Evolution products, by contacting our Technical Support Department at +44 (0)1270 588228. Technical Support PlansEvolution Systems offers a choice of Technical Support Plans. Contact our Sales Department at +44 (0)1270 588228 for additional information about these programmes. Customers must have a Technical Support Plan in place to receive assistance. The Support Plan does not cover services to develop, interpret, or assist in customising your software. These services are available through Evolution Systems' Professional Services organisation. |
