He is an experienced Chartered Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the UK Power Transmission and Distribution sector, delivering complex engineering projects. He is a board-level manager with a strong financial and operational background and a proven track record of driving growth and increasing market share. Asad holds executive-level accountability for reporting on the delivery of budgets exceeding £230M.
Amr Abbas
Head of Engineering With 18 years of global expertise in Grid Automation, Digital Power, and Microgrid solutions, Amr Abbas is currently leading the Control and Protection department at Evosys, overseeing the design, tendering support, and execution of transmission and distribution projects. Before joining Evosys, Amr spent over a decade in senior technical and solution architecture roles at global leaders in the power systems industry, managing multi-million-euro automation projects across Europe and MEA.
Junaid Ayub
Operations Manager Junaid Ayub joined the Evolution Systems management team in 2025. He is an experienced Operations, Programme, and Security Management professional with over 10 years of experience across complex and high-risk environments. He brings strong expertise in operational planning, programme delivery, project and resource management, and security risk mitigation, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage trainings, and implement policies and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
